We asked AJ a few questions regarding his gambling history, style and experiences.
Hailing from Las Vegas Nevada, AJ is a fixture at a few different sportsbooks in sin city. His NBA picks have been known to move matchup lines 40 cents within an hour of releasing them to his local clients.
How many Years have you been handicapping?
This is my 5th year of public handicapping. Privately I have over 20 years experience.
Where are you based out of?
I split my time between Las Vegas and San Diego. You can still find me holding court on Saturdays at Caliente across the border or in the Bellagio sportsbook on the strip in Vegas.
Why did you decide to join Who2beton?
Interviewed with Who2beton. No pressure to hype plays or bury records. Prez is one of the most honest people in the industry.
Tell us about the Systems and methods you use?
I have literally dozens of mathamatical systems. Underdogs and plays which are opposite of the "Public" provide the most value and long term (as proven on the site) the most profitable.
How many plays will you be releasing?
Expect a steady supply of winners from all the major sports. Iwill have as few as 0 and as many as 5-7 plays depending on the season and the volume of available plays.
How do you rate your plays?
Action plays are rated as 3-STARS and BEST BETS are 5-STAR plays. Expect at least 3 BEST BETS a week and expect to cash in BIG over the long term.
Name something people tend to overlook or miss when handicapping a game?
The day after an off day at home in the NBA is the closest thing you can get to a scripted game.
What are the Sports you excel at?
NFL, CFB, NBA, MLB
Do you have any superstitions?
I have to attend the probowl each year.
What is your favorite movie of all time (doesn't have to be gambling related)?
Fletch
Is there one piece of advice to new gamblers?
Decide what kind of gambler you are. If you do it for fun and can afford to lose - then enjoy yourself and accept the outcome for what it is. If you want to use wagering to increase your income, never bet more than 5% of your bankroll, and never increase your wager size while losing.
